Each station runs the same clinical standard and answers to the same dispatch center. What changes is the ground it covers.
Loves Park Headquarters
Our headquarters and dispatch center. Crews here cover Loves Park, Machesney Park, and the north side of the Rockford metro, and this is where every call in the system is answered.
Rockford Eastside Station
Covers Rockford east of the Rock River, including the hospital corridor, so transfers between facilities start close to where they are needed.
Rockford Westside Station
Covers Rockford west of the river and the communities out toward Winnebago and Pecatonica, where response distances get long quickly.
Harvard Station
Northern McHenry County, close to the Wisconsin line. Rural addresses, long driveways, and a real drive to the nearest hospital.
Lake in the Hills Station
Southern McHenry County and the Algonquin, Crystal Lake, and Huntley corridor, the densest part of the county we serve.
Delavan Station
Our Wisconsin station, covering Walworth County and the communities north of the state line, licensed and running under Wisconsin medical direction.
